Quality and Environmental Policy
We are a professional company. We do not compromise any of our products, services or environmental quality standards. Fulfilling the needs of our customers and all legal requirements is central to our efforts. It is necessary that our efforts include satisfying the legal requirements and those of other parties
We have 5 principles within our Policy to achieve this:

Our company is determined to make every effort necessary to satisfy our customers’ needs. We endeavor to make our customer’s contact with us a pleasant experience. We coordinate our efforts to ensure that our products always satisfy our customers’ expectations.

We acknowledge that the quality of a product heavily depends on the people producing it. That is why we make every effort to create and maintain a friendly work environment where people express themselves and can be developed in a professional manner. We put the emphasis on the importance of continuous training and good work practices. We are proud that SC BRITCOM SYSTEM SRL is a company that bases its daily activity on team spirit and includes its employees in the decision making process.

SC BRITCOM SYSTEM SRL is committed to playing an active role in the local community of the city. We are very proud that our company has offered job opportunities for people. A clean environment is vital for the future of our business and the city. Therefore, we undertake to make every effort to minimize any negative environmental impacts from our activities.

The shareholders make the management team accountable for the future of the company and are assured that we will put in place a responsible organization. We will do our utmost to fulfill the strategic objectives set by the shareholders.
In order to achieve this Policy, we have decided to implement and certify an integrated management system according to SR EN ISO 9001:2008 and SR EN ISO 14001:2005 requirements. The strength of our future development is assured by using our experience to maintain and improve this integrated management system.
I, Ruxandra Dragos, Executive Director of SC BRITCOM SYSTEM SRL, take all responsibility for achieving this Policy. I am committed to taking all necessary measures to ensure all personnel are involved in implementing, maintaining and improving the integrated management system, in improving the environmental performance and in preventing pollution. The entire policy will be the basis for establishing quality and environmental objectives and targets.
In this respect I appoint Vasile Stefanescu – Quality and Environmental Director - as the management representative on quality and environmental issues. He will have the authority for:
- - ensuring that the processes needed for an integrated management system are established, implemented and maintained;
- - reporting to me on the performance of the integrated management system and any need for improvements.
- - promoting the awareness of customer requirements throughout the company.
