The process
The goods are received into our superb factory whereby every single piece passes through the following procedure:
- Electrical & function test
- Full repair if required & replacement of any defective parts with original parts
- Full refurbish (if required) to a very high standard
- Full test again on each piece
- Packaged in original box or new box with instruction manual, plug adaptor & our 1 year guarantee if sold in our local market.
- Goods are graded into 3 grades - A is in perfect conditions as a new product, B has small cosmetic marks & C shows clear signs of usage.
- Goods then bar coded individually & correctly stored in our 5000 SQ. M warehouse

- 100% original branded goods more rigorously checked for quality than from the original production factory
- Technically perfect and graded according to it's cosmetic look
- Sold at a significant discount to normal trade prices but as good as the orginal product
